Project Agreement & Timelines

• • Each project will have a fixed estimated delivery date agreed upon at the time of confirmation (typically 5–10 working days based on scope).
• • Delays caused by the client (late responses, missing content, etc.) may result in project rescheduling and/or late charges.
• • Urgent delivery is available on request and may include extra charges.

Payment Terms

• • A minimum of 50% advance is required to begin the project.
• • Remaining 50% must be cleared before final delivery or website transfer.
• • Payment confirms agreement to our terms, refund policy, and timeline.

Revisions & Feedback

• • Each package includes a fixed number of free revisions (typically 2–3).
• • All revision requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the draft.
• • Extra revisions or changes beyond agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Client Delays & Late Charges

• • Client must provide content (text, images, links) within 3–5 working days of project start.
• • If client delays exceed 7 days without valid reason, a ₹500/week delay charge may apply.
• • If the client is unresponsive for over 15 days, the project may be marked complete and non-refundable.

Ownership & Rights

• • Final files, website, and designs belong to the client after full payment.
• • Web Nest India reserves the right to showcase the project in its portfolio.

Limitation of Liability

Web Nest India is not liable for any data loss, hosting/server issues, or delays caused by third-party services. We are also not liable for outcomes of misuse, client edits, or plugin/theme updates post-handover.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the latest version of the Terms & Conditions.
